Careers

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The Head Nurse plans, organizes, and leads the activities within the assigned unit for optimum patient care. He / She is directly responsible for the physical set-up of the unit, structure and other human resources for health care provision. He / She collaborate with other members of the healthcare team in meeting the needs of the patients. The Head Nurse proposes initiatives related to personal and professional growth and development.

     

    Position Specifications:

    i. Must be a BS Nursing graduate

    ii. With at least five (5) years of clinical work experience

     

    Qualifications:

    i. Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)

    ii. Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/ID

    iii. Intravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/ID

    iv. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care by observing the steps in the nursing process through assessment for nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. He / She collaborates with other members of the healthcare team in meeting the needs of the patients. The Staff Nurse participates in activities related to personal and professional growth and development.

     

    Qualifications:

    i. Graduate of BS Nursing

    ii. Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)

    iii. No minimum experience is required

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The Nursing Training Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the in-service program of the Nursing Services Division in accordance with the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Hospital. He / She establishes a system of staff development through orientation of staff nurses and nursing aides, skills training for the improvement of nursing services, leadership and management programs, incidental learning, and other staff development programs. 

    Position Specifications: 
      i. Must be a BS Nursing graduate 
      ii. With Master's Degree unit 
      iii. Must have participated in and passed leadership and management seminars in clinical nursing 
      iv. Must have two (2) years of direct patient care in Medical-Surgical and/or area of specialty 
      v. Must have three (3) years of head nursing experience 

    Qualifications: 
      i. Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure) 
      ii. Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/ID 
      iii. Intravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/ID 
      iv. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The Staff Occupational Therapist carries out the occupational therapy procedures as prescribed by the physicians. He/She collaborates with other members of the team in meeting the needs and problems of the patients. They also participate in activities related to personal and professional growth and development.  

    Qualifications: 
      i. Graduate of BS in Occupational Therapy 
      ii. Must be a PRC Board Passer (Occupational Therapy) 
      iii. Must have at least six (6) months of related work experience 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The speech language pathologist carries out the speech therapy procedures as prescribed by the physicians.  He/ She collaborates with other members of the healthcare team in meeting the needs and problems of his/her patients.  He/she participates in activities related to personal and professional growth and development.  He/she takes interest and participates in the research done within the department. The Speech therapist is directly responsible and reports to the PMRD Manager, PMRD Supervisor and PMRD Physiatrist. 

    Qualifications: 
      i. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Speech Therapy 
      ii. Must be a PRC Board Passer/have a valid PRC ID 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    2D Echo technologist use noninvasive testing equipment that perform procedures on patients such as ultrasounds to photograph and diagnose diseases in the cardiac organs of the body, primarily the heart valves, chambers and vessels. Cardiac echo techs also perform stress test procedures on patients who are suffering high blood pressure or other diseases that may be caused by increased stress levels. They must be able to effectively operate the machinery and tell through a photo taken whether or not the patient should seek treatment for diseases or disorders of the heart. A cardiac echo technician is not a doctor, but often works alongside cardiac surgeons to perform standard procedure tests to analyze and determine the necessary steps that need to be taken for a patient’s heart health. 

    Qualifications: 
      i. Graduate of any Allied Medical Health course 
      ii. Must have 1-year related experience or certification in 2D Echocardiograph

  • Principal Responsibility:
    Cardiovascular technologists are important members of the vascular team. They work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, and surgeons. Vascular technologists assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of disorders affecting the vascular system. Vascular technologists perform non-invasive vascular exams in order to assess for vascular disease or disorders. 

    Qualifications: 
      i. Graduate of any Allied Medical Health course 
      ii. Must have 1-year related experience or certification in Cardiovascular Technology 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The HR Manager (Total Rewards) is responsible for managing the compensation function for core services functional groups, as well as overseeing employee benefits programs.

     

    Qualifications:

    i. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

    ii.5+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation.

    iii. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels.

    iv. Experience working in highly collaborative settings with multiple levels of stakeholders.

  • Principal Responsibility: 
      i. The HR Communications Specialist will be managing internal communications for the Human Resources & Organization Development Division. The candidate is expected to develop communication strategies that will improve employee engagement, as well as communicate initiatives and deadlines to our employees. 
      ii. Additional responsibilities would be managing content for internal employee communications, informing employees about company events, and reporting on company milestones, goals, and projects. 

    Qualifications: 
      i. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a relevant field. 
      ii. 2 years of experience in HR Communications or a similar role 
      iii. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
      iv. Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment 
      v. Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The primary role of this position is to assist with the needs of the Learning & Development department, work closely with other HROD Departments, and assist Organizational Development efforts. The L&D Specialist will also work hand-in-hand with the Employee Engagement Supervisor, relative to employee developmental efforts. 

    Qualifications 
      i. Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resource Management, or Psychology 
      ii. At least 1-3 years of related work experience 

  • Principal Responsibility:
    The Shift Officer is responsible in managing the nursing staff and deliver quality patient care within all nursing units for the duration of an assigned period. He / She is tasked to collaborate with the Unit Manager in addressing clinical and administrative needs and concerns relative to nursing care while maximizing the tools of management in facilitating quality patient care. He/She also establishes a system of effective coordination and communication with other departments within the hospital for a more systematic delivery of health care.
